Liners

Time for a New Liner?

Your pool's liner sets the look for the entire backyard. Whether you're going in with a new pool or replacing an existing liner, there's a wide range of patterns and styles to choose from.

Our primary liner manufacturers are Dover, GLI, and Merlin Industries. Each offers liners in both 20 and 28 mil, with textured step options available.

CHOOSING YOUR LINER

How Groundwater Affects Your Pool

When replacing a liner or digging for a new pool, there is always a chance we'll encounter groundwater from underground streams, drainage, the natural water table, or rainfall. Even if there was no issue during the original installation, water problems can develop over time as streams shift due to seasonal changes, earth movement, or surrounding construction.

If groundwater is present, we make all reasonable attempts to connect any existing point system already in place. If that system has become inoperable, a new well point system may need to be installed.

To manage groundwater, we dig a trench around the pool, lay gravel with a 1.5" flex pipe to channel the water, and use a pump to pull the groundwater out from under the pool.

Every site is different. Sometimes we can anticipate groundwater based on your location. Other times it appears at a site with no prior history.
